Mike was here to fix a whole in my ceiling. The job only took two days. His estimate was reasonable, he was punctual, easy to work with and didn't mind answering all of my questions. Here are the before and after pictures. I'd call him again for another repair!

Michael Howard and his co-worker came out on a Sunday to help me out with a small basement flood. I thought it was the sump pump but they carefully checked that and the water heater and then found out it was the main drain in the house. They were able to get rid of the clog, helped clean the mess, and then helped me out with another unexpected sink issue upstairs. They were very polite and helpful. I was really worried about what might happen in my basement if it hadn’t been fixed soon and I couldn’t take off work during the week so the Sunday visit was much appreciated. And being a woman alone who knows nothing about sump pumps and water heaters, I really appreciated their honesty in finding the correct diagnosis!

Michael and his guys are wonderful people to be around. They were always respectful, communicative and knowledgeable. Mike’s guys finished our basement, installed new flooring, replaced our HVAC, replaced a bathtub and vanity and installed whole-house Ethernet cables in our home.
